ssnapp, a new social engagement network, goes beyond "likes" and "shares" by using permission based engagements to turn customers into brand advocates.
PROJECT
Worked directly with the Chief Marketing & Branding Officer to shift communications from product-centric messaging to a customer-value approach. Insights involved ad sales marketing, website analysis, and editorial consultation.
RESULTS
The re-designed website, communications, and sales collateral demonstrated the ssnapp advantage with inspiring language, fresh graphics and engaging content.
